Your Sourdough, Your Rules

           Ready to play bread scientist? With our Create Your Own Sourdough experience, you get to call the shots. Start with our slow-fermented, wild-yeast sourdough base—crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside—and then load it up with whatever your carb-loving heart desires.

Go savory with roasted garlic, cracked pepper, herbs, or cheese. Get fancy with olives, caramelized onions, or sun-dried tomatoes. Feeling sweet? Toss in cranberries, cinnamon, chocolate, or nuts. Whether you're here for the carbs, the creativity, or the chaotic flavor combos (we see you, chocolate chip–olive people) lol. Want to mix cheddar and chocolate? Weird flex, but we’re here for all of it.

No judgment, just joyfully custom-crafted bread. You dream it, we bake it. Welcome to the most delicious science experiment of your life.

                                                                              Our Build-A Loaf is between $15.00-30 USD depending on ingredients. For something more custom than the options provided please reach out to us by filling out the form at the bottom of the page.<3

 

Here's how it works:

 

Step 1: Make Your Dough Base (aka the Foundation of Flavor)

                               All about the base. Every loaf will start with our signiture recipe dough and YOU get to choose what else goes in the bowl before we stir it all together. This is your homogeneous layer: think subtle herbs, spices, or even cocoa or turmeric folded through the dough itself. Smooth, even flavor all the way through—like painting the canvas before you splatter it. If you want a swirl effect, select the normal base and add what you want swirled into the Mix-Ins in Step 2. 


Step 2: Choose Your Mix-Ins (aka the Fun Stuff)

                                Now we get chunky. This is the heterogeneous layer—the show-stoppers! Think whole roasted garlic cloves, chocolate chips, dried fruit, cheese cubes, olives, jalapeños… anything that adds pops of flavor and texture throughout your loaf. You pick it, we mix it (evenly—no sad raisin corners here). Only Organic raisins anyway, we've got class haha


Step 3: Pick Your Scoring Style (Bread's Haircut)

                                Last but not least, choose how your loaf gets slashed before baking. From clean classic cuts to dramatic leaf patterns or even custom initials, this is the final flair that makes your loaf totally yours.


So go wild—or stay classy. Sweet or savory. Mild or bold. This is sourdough without the rules, and we can’t wait to see (and bake) what you come up with.
